Phoenix

This week's Horse of the Week is one of the most "senior" horses I have ever photographed. Phoenix is a 30 year old (approximately) Saddlebred Horse and is owned by Nadine. This pretty, 16 hh chestnut mare resides with her many horsey friends at Whispering Winds Stable in Craighurst, Ontario. Phoenix is a great all-round pleasure horse who likes having her belly scratched, but she's not very fond of wild turkeys.

Horse of the Week changes sometime Sunday Evening
