Smokey's Mustang Ally

Smokey's Mustang Ally is a mystery horse as her life's story has chapters missing. What her owner, Gail Stover of Stonehedge Farm, Orillia, has pieced together from her previous owner is that Ally is from the Ottawa area and that she came off the trailer with the name SEVEN, the number on her halter. She has a tattoo and Gail has tried to trace this tattoo through the Jockey Club and AQHA, with no luck. Her age is anywhere from 16-22 years.

As Gail approached retirement, from teaching, she was looking to get back in the saddle after four decades. Ally has proven to be a safe and willing show horse and trail ride companion for Gail for the past six years. Ally has competed in North River Rider Horse Shows, Coldwater and Oro Fall Fairs and the Annual Diabetes Ride in Orillia. Ally's deep sounding whinny has earned her the nickname, Diesel.
